- ACAmy CassidyFeb 27, 20251.0If I could leave a zero, I would. Everything was great until they took my money and then blamed me and penalized me for their mistakes! When I cancelled my policy, I was told it was done and I would receive a refund check for 6 months home owners insurance that had been paid ahead within 10 days. Ten days came and still nothing so I called and checked with Tony’s office which I was told (lied) that it was cancelled. I decided to then call the 1-800 Allstate number at which point was informed that it was not cancelled! I had two days left in the grace period they have to cancel my insurance and issue a refund. Tony and his office ladies that work with him are incompetent and don’t do their job well at all. If you want an office you have to check up on all the time, this is not the place for anyone!
