The best insurance call of my life. Talking with a women from Schnetzler office, mu apologies for not remembering her name, in St Johns was effortless. She was tip top on the clock and my wife and I had insurance in 30 min. Thank you for all your help.
- PSPamela SebrellNov 29, 20251.0I want to update my post after the weekend. No response from State Farm until I called them, only to be told that I would be receiving a a "CHECK". I am not sure if even 1 star is appropriate. This company is not elder/disabled friendly; My quote came in low under $200 a mo., so I went with State Farm. Underwriters more than doubled my quote. I was going to search for another company but then got into a not at fault auto accident. I then canceled with State Farm, but they still took a payment of over $500 the night before Thanksgiving from my SSDI check. Unbelievable. Who uses checks these days? I can't believe they are making me wait for a check, "if they owe me any money". I was told over the phone.
