Second, when my car broke down and I called for roadside assistance... no one was able to quote me when the tow truck was coming. The app had bugs so it took me out. They asked me for my policy number and I gave it to them and they still couldn't quote me. So I thought they just weren't coming after spending all that money. Tow truck came 6 hrs later. Third, a person is helping me to see why my bill went up. She said I will get back to you 24-48 hrs. I called within 48 hrs and they said the lady would call me back tomorrow. It's been a week since I haven't heard from this company. I would not recommend for anyone and I'm changing my car insurance.
