Said “I’m in Michigan, you’re in Ohio”. Didn’t tell me he’s out of office until Monday—I learned that from my claim manager as she received a text response from him directly after me contacting him. Everyone but Clarence/Cedric Little was helpful. Would NOT recommend in a million lifetimes. Seems to take advantage of people going through tough times. My car was totaled and I almost lost my life. Good luck anyone who is cursed with Clarence.
