  Could not believe that I was getting charged twice what I pay now, after switching to progressive. I've called and sent messages about changing pip coverage and never got a return call. (See email to agency owner Chris Sarkella below) Even the corporate allstate people could not get them to call me after emailing him multiple times. Very disappointed with the customer service from this office. The agent Heather that spoke to, couldn't even tell me where the emails from the website go, or who at this agency is responsible for them. She just tried to blame it on "corporate" rather than finding a solution. Also, the hours on Google say they are open until 5pm, and this is not true, especially on Fridays.

  I have been insured by this company for the last 4 years and they always go above and beyond to answer my questions. I recently had my renewal and with all of the horror stories I have heard about insurance rates increasing everywhere my premium did not change which was great for me. I also really like my auto club membership it comes in handy :). Thank You Sarkella & Associates
