When we cancelled our insurance for someone with more integrity, Allstate said we owed more money even though I just paid for the month. When I disputed the claims I got a little attitude from Heather, who claimed she didn't know anything she was just the one to call me back and tell me what I owe again. Heather thinks this is funny until you bark back. Then another person called telling me I owe money and everytime I said I wanna speak to Jeff you get nothing. I have never filed a claim and they ripped me off by jumping my rates instead of contacting me about paperwork. I asked one last time for them to look at my account, they said they would and get back with me. They got back with me by turning my claim into collections. THANKS JEFF!!! Go someplace else where they treat you like an actual person and not a payment. Someone with integrity. This place is not it
