  Allstate didn't do anything for me when my basement flooded and I lost the furnance and water heater that was only 6 months old. Then it didn't do a thing to help when my upstairs pipes failed and damaged my walls and had to replace everything and the drywall etc...I'm a 73 year old living on a pension and Social Security.. So...I tell EVERYONE that I am NOT in "good hands with Allstate". Going to change company's very soon. Your insurance adjusters stink.

  The Jeffery Torrice Allstate is a great agency if you're looking for reasonably priced personal auto and homeowners insurance in the Detroit area.

  I've been with All State for a little over two years now, and I am very pleased to say that my experience with them has been phenomenal. I am very pleased with the service I've gotten; even with me having less than perfect credit, my policy is still very reasonable, and the staff here is awesome... They're always very considerate of my needs, respectful, and knowledgeable and understanding of my needs. I would recommend Jeffery Torrence of All State to anyone who's looking for a caring and considerate agent to take care of their insurance needs... So glad I did.
