My file was never transferred to anybody else, so I had to find a new agent on my own. After calling several other Allstate locations, and getting a varying degree of responses, I landed upon Andy Watters at this agency. I left a message, and he called me back immediately, which was a welcome change to the way the other agents were treating my inquiries. It was also an indication of how Andy would handle things in the future. He's been my agent for probably 4-5 years now, and nothing has changed since that first phone call back. He is ALWAYS there to answer my questions, and get things changed on my policy at the drop of a dime. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Super personable, attentive, and good at what he does. Plus he's a fisherman to boot!
