  Dan is the most patient, thoughtful, and kind insurance agent I have ever dealt with. He truly has the customer's best interests in mind. No pushy sales tactics, honest and straight forward. He takes his time and explains everything in easy to understand terms. I highly recommend him.

  I cannot express how wonderful Dan is - his experience within the insurance industry, his passion for helping others, and his kindness make him truly one-of-a kind. With insurance law experience and industry knowledge, Dan gets you the coverage you need, so you’re protected. I’ve never met an insurance agent who put my interests/my family’s interests above his own to make sure my family isn’t left with financial burdens - from either a home/auto claim, or from death (he does our life insurance, too!). Dan truly cares, and he’s really the best option out there.

  My father and grandmother have used them for years, so i was recommended to try them out for my own insurance. I called and gave my info to try and get quoted. I never even got a call back for a quote after the receptionist went on lunch. So not only did I spend an hour giving information, but there was no contact after the fact. I went with anither insurance company after this. Also they somehow have mixed up my address, with my father's, so I am continuously receiving his mail from them, with his name on it for about three months now. I have to drive out of my way to give him his proofs, and my father has called to get this resolved twice already. No resolution or fix to this issue. Would not recommend. Very frustrated.

  I have been with Farm Bureau since 2009 our first agent was Ron Hicks and when he retired. Daniel Stebbins became our new agent. I honestly love how professional, thoughtful, honest and knowledgeable Daniel and his staff are. They all make me and my family feel like family and every time I have a question they answer it. Plus I never have a hard time like I have with other insurances when I add insurance onto a new car. They are quick to add it and send me proof of insurance to my email. I appreciate Daniel and his staff and would recommend him to anyone that wants a good agent. He always goes above and beyond for his clients.

  In my experience, Daniel seems to place a very low value on his clients and I found him combative and argumentative. His secretary likes to hung up on me because I was upset happy that I couldn’t speak with Daniel directly about an urgent issue. This is probably the worst insurance agent I have ever had an experience with.
