Dan is an excellent insurance agent and I would highly recommend anyone talking to him even if just to have him assess your current insurance coverage. Dan reviewed my home and auto coverage and provided some advice and recommendations that no one had shared with me before. His background as a lawyer dealing with insurance claims gives him valuable insight on how to select the best coverage. When Dan provided some quotes for coverage from his company, I reviewed them and found it did not make sense for me to switch providers at the time. However, Dan did not pressure me to switch or make me feel bad in any way. He was respectful and understanding. But thanks to his review, I found I was lacking in appropriate life insurance for my family. He helped me get that set up and made the process very easy.

I never even got a call back for a quote after the receptionist went on lunch. So not only did I spend an hour giving information, but there was no contact after the fact. I went with anither insurance company after this. Also they somehow have mixed up my address, with my father's, so I am continuously receiving his mail from them, with his name on it for about three months now. I have to drive out of my way to give him his proofs, and my father has called to get this resolved twice already. No resolution or fix to this issue. Would not recommend. Very frustrated.
