    Worst insurance agent. Cancelled policy back in December of 2019 was insured by another company at that time emailed and called agency to cancell policy in December before next monthly payment they never did tried to make me pay for a month when I already was insured by other company. They didn't cancell until following month even with proof of new insurance from a new angency. My new agent went back and forth with him for prolly around five months. They said everything was taken care of. Year and half later I get a collection bill.

    Seems like all most every time I call no one answers and when you leave a message they still don't get back to you and the rates keep going up every time my renewal comes up ...
