- JCJames Carmody5 days ago5.0We recently had an accident with our 2018 Flex where it was totaled. Our experiences with our prior insurance company had us dreading the experience and looking for months of paperwork and phone calls before we received any action. Were we surprised. My wife called Allstate with the claim. The car was towed the following day and the adjuster followed up that day and offered us a fair cost for our car. There were a number of forms but they talked us through the process and mailed the check within 2 weeks. With this level of service, we are Allstate customers for life.

I called my agent Mike a day later and he not only very quickly called me, but he responded to my Drs office call, and called my car dealer to set up a claim. He was surprisingly (maybe unsurprisingly) following up with me to check how I was doing. I've had 0 issues and I'm getting back to normal. His service is HUGE and a game changer for my family, I trusted him when I got the policy and he didn't disappoint.
