  Linda never refunded me fully for my canceled auto insurance for 2 cars. They refunded me 78 dollars over 500 something. switched over had them for 10 some years. tried to cancel my home and auto emailed nothing. Called doubt i will get a full refund for the house. Don't go with them Dan left for good reason. Been with them 12 years. Never had these issues before at other than these 2 years. Not with dan or the other competent male agent. When i want something off done that day with a full refund. When told ''NOT TO RENEW MY CARS'' some how they were renewed and not refunded the full amount. Wouldn't need a refund if they never put on cars that were not suppose to be put on. told them i would not renew and to cancel my policy. they did not do it. Had to call Allstate to open an investigation.

  Your spokesperson has to go! We would never ever consider Allstate after seeing the nonsense/commercials you're paying for during prime time! Quit ripping off your customers Allstate!!! Reduce your rates!!

  Called after a city truck tossed up rocks and chipped my window in a few small spots. Nothing crazy and not in my view of driving. I called and asked if I would have to pay my deductible since I had broaden collision. I was transferred from agent to agent one would say no the next yes till it was pushed up and the final one saying I would not pay a deductible. I go to pick up my truck and am told I have a deductible due. My wife and I both got on the phone and started calling our agent. Not one but 2 agents told us we did not have to pay. The dealership said ok we need an email from them stating that. We told them they will be receiving it any minute according to our agent. After a hour or so no email so I call back. This time a different agent tells me I have to pay and I asked to be transferred to my agent but the call gets dropped. My wife calls and is told by a agent we have not talked to yet we don't have to pay. Back to waiting for the dealership to get an email that never comes. I call back and get someone in claims telling me I'm not sure why they told you that but you have to pay a deductible. This started around 1030 am and around 445 pm still at the dealership my wife has now drove to the physical location to talk to our agent. My wife was told sorry I made a mistake. About 550 pm I finally get a hold of the agent and they apologize and explain where they got confused about the deductible. I understand we make mistakes but this one cost me hundreds of dollars. Not happy my wife calls customer service. We where told they would look into it and get back to us by X date. We are 5 days past that date still not call or emails for follow up, everyday my wife has called , emailed or both since the day they told us they would get back to us by. All I can say about this company is STAY AWAY DONT BELIEVE ME FIND OUT THE HARD WAY!
