Next month went up to 245 because they did not even look at the insurance cards that was sent to them in the beginning ( 2 insurances were submitted). Then the next month it was 453 because they said that they did not have the insurance cards that had been submitted several times and I needed to change a box on my PIP. I did all of what was requested and then I get a manager who was more concerned that I signed my name electronically instead of using initials. This was THE MOST STRESSFUL AND IGNORANT EXPERIENCE. If I live in Michigan, why would you issue my insurance policy for the STATE OF CALIFORNIA rules of insurance. IF THEY ARE THE WORST AT THE POLICY......WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN WHEN YOU NEED YOUR COVERAGE! This company is out to get people with poor driving records.....I have a great driving record and a chauffeur license and they changed the amount 3 times and cancelled my policy after I had paid them the original 149 dollars to keep the insurance until they figured out what my actual payment should be! Worst experience ever with insurance. It's a scam to raise the price once you have the insurance and then raise the price.
