  Direct is the real deal. I will be adding multiple vehicles. Justin was efficient and got me bound in minutes. Off to the state to plate the car and drive. The way it should be.

  Well i called the first number they said they open at 8am till 8pm. I called at 830 and they said office was closed but then repeated their hours proving they should be open. Maybe change the automated phone services. Because its telling everyone direct auto phone services are open at 8am. I can even give you the number to prove it. And you can call it yourself.

  Price gouge like no other, talked to 6 people on different occasions asking them to please help change my policy. No one ever completed their job. Still expected me to pay insurance after I expressed I needed my policy changed and they still couldn’t do it. This went on for months now. I called explaining I don’t understand why my policy has not been changed and I couldn’t afford my insurance. Still no help. Now I’m stuck not being able to afford my insurance this month and it got canceled. Now I have to pay 800 something dollars to get insurance back on my car. They are the biggest and laziest scams.
