Better rates through the Allstate call center. Kunz charges the max amount he can, and available discounts changed from each year to the next. He yelled and told me that he was going to cancel my coverage when I tried to speak to him about it on the phone. I reached out through email and he, nor anyone else from his office responded. Specifically, he told me to sign up to support Macomb Co sheriff and pay for membership to get a discount on my insurance. When it didn’t benefit him, and my insurance would’ve gone down, he didn’t offer the discount anymore.
