  I worked with Linda Cooper, going over all 3 policies: Condo, Auto, and Umbrella. Linda is extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, and explains insurance coverage options clearly. After an in-depth conversation regarding all 3 insurance policies, I feel very confident with decisions made. I also appreciate the fact that Linda takes the time to get to know her clients. This is very important as it enables her to give the clients the very best advice for their needs! Linda is a trustworthy professional!! She is a big reason why I’ve stayed with Allstate for so many years. I’m not a “number” with Allstate. I’m a respected client!! Is Allstate’s coverage a tad higher? Yes. But the personal interaction is priceless!!

She understands my needs and always takes the time to make sure I have the coverage that best protects my assets within my budget. Five stars well deserved!

  I had my independent agent do a rate check and it came up that I was with the best rate available. Then I did my own rate search on a site on the internet and multiple agents contacted me. I had the good fortune to have Haley Eversman respond on behalf of the Noffsinger Allstate Insurance agency. She not only got me the best rate and for more coverage, but she was also thorough and guided me through the cancelation of my old policies and the assurance of my refund from those companies. In short, she took away all the issues that make changing carries unpleasant. She then turned me over to Dakota who did an equally great job with my onboarding for the various apps. The management at Noffsingser agency has come up with a great solution to shopping for insurance on the internet AND providing the agency service both today and in the future. The plan doesn't work if you don't have quality personnel to execute it. Haley and Dakota are two such people. You don't have to give up an agent in the 21st century!
