Worst agent ever! Charged me for 2 1/2 years for a car that was totaled and paid off.
Lisa actually called the police on me because I wanted them to call corporate and straighten things out before I left. She refused and called the police. I found out I'm not the first customer the agent called the police on either. It seems they don't like to take responsibility there. I have never been treated so poorly by a business in my life! Don't go there. The car I no longer have being insured was only one of the problems. I've also been paying more because of a another thing the agent neglected to do.
By the way, I got new auto and homeowners, same coverage for about $800 less per year.
Anyone thinking about going to this agency, keep in mind I asked what were their responsibilities as an agency and the un helpful lady at the desk responded "to sell you insurance". Deb Freeland, as an agent, you should have made sure I was aware of this. You didn't. Your representative also said I was getting the multi car discount because of you insuring a car I haven't owned for 2 1/2 years.
That kind of sounds like fraud on your part.
I have contacted a lawyer about this and will be contacting the BBB.
Do me a favor though. Please tell Lisa and your receptionist thank you for being so kind and understanding with me after having just lost my son. If they had taken the time to know me maybe they wouldn't have called the police on me for sitting in a chair and asking them to get corporate on the phone. No, there was no excuse for that! How about the other customers you called police on? Those 2 employees were in no danger and should be fired since they obviously don't know how to deal with people that don't agree with them.

Don’t ever go here they take checks and don’t cash them and say u don’t have a policy when u get into a accident so I suggest before getting full coverage u check the reviews read mine and go some where else smartest decision to make 👍🏼 edit: also whenever they get one head saying that there going to reinstate ur policy they say that national general will call they never will and whenever u text deb Freeland personally she’ll send u a sticky note that says out of office during office hours such a great place due to their error with not filling my check out right they are now making me make my own money to get the repair and not help there “clients” out mind u is only 18 years old and this is my first insurance so this is what I can tell u about this company do not go because they’re a lie oh yeah not to mention during this contract that I signed I also got blocked during it 😂👍🏼 so don’t go to deb Freeland because if it’s there fault they will not be on ur side
