  I called and inquired about lowering my monthly payment. The sales person started going down the list of different options in my insurance . She explained very nicely what will happen if I change anything. I was happy how nice she was, since my late husband took care of all the car stuff before.

  Despite my mom canceling her policy, the Zack Rusak Allstate agency still took the automatic payment out of her account on 12/19/2025. She called the office right when they opened and spoke with someone who promised a call back. After hours passing, nobody called her back to rectify this payment that nearly emptied her bank account 6 days before Christmas. She called back again and was told the manger was going to call her. Again, no response. The next time she called she was told the manager left for the day and would be back on Monday. Awful customer service for something that wasn’t even my mom’s fault.

  Allstates Rusack office is horrible. They make you think you’re getting a good rate and then they change it without your approval and then they tell you you need a letter from your health insurance provider saying that you’re covered under PIP otherwise it’s more money when you give them the letter they will lie and say they didn’t get it in time so that they can raise your rate and charge you double. Then when they finally get the letter, they will lie and say it’s against the law for them to give you the money back, but I already spoke with the lawyer and the law doesn’t say that at all I actually called corporate office and there’s going to be an investigation done on this office Due to their lack of transparency. At any rate, I called Statefarm and my auto insurance was cut completely in half even my homeowners insurance was $70 less I should’ve went to Statefarm sooner. Trust me you do not want to deal with Allstate at least not the Zach Rusack office stay away from that one. They are corrupt. Honestly, they do not care about you. They only want your money nothing more.

  Alstate IS grate. it's pretty frustrating getting ripped off by the state just to drive your car (first time driver insurance rates A.K.A. the "the war on The poor") so you might feel a little resentful an any insurance company initially. I can honestly say my agent did everything he could to get me the lowest price possible. Making sure I got paper work out on time reminding me of deadlines ect. Zak from the Madison heights location was a breath of honest helpful fresh air in a society where I hope you all get what you deserve....THANK YOU ALSTATE
