It was at the end of the day and I was at the auto body repair shop. I needed a loaner vehicle until the repairs were complete on my SUV. Theresa sprang into action to email me and the body shop a copy of my proof of insurance. If not for her, my long drive to the repair shop would be in vain and I would have missed out on the opportunity to get a loaner car for the week. Theresa patiently waited on the phone with me to make sure we received the information we needed. She was very accommodating, helpful and pleasant.
