  This is the absolute worst insurance agency that I've ever encountered. They are thieving criminals who use predatory business practices and will constantly raise your premium and claim "well we paid more in insurance claims than we planned for, so sorry everywhere is going to charge you the same." Then when I tried to cancel my policy almost 6 months ago, they kept lying to me telling me that my agent wasn't in the office so I couldn't cancel my policy. Then when I finally did get in contact with my agent, she tried saying that i couldn't just cancel my policy and would have to wait until next months to cancel after i paid that next month's bill. I declined to do so and demanded that they cancel my policy, she said she would "try". They played that game for over 3 weeks, meanwhile I was already contracted with another insurance agency. I finally got in contact with the owner of this agency and got my policy effectively canceled. They never sent me a reimbursement check and instead, today after months of not doing business with them, they decided to initiate an automatic withdraw from my bank account that they used to have on file for $113, which has now put that account in a negative standing. This is criminal theft/fraud and I plan to pursue action against this agency's disgraceful behavior.

  My Wife and I recently refinanced our home. We were referred to the agency to work with Brent to get a quote to see if we could save some money on our home owners insurance. We were given a quote and it was determined that my existing insurance was still the way to go. So I told my mortgage company we were going to continue to work with my existing insurance. Well Allstate opened a policy and then closed it without my knowledge. Apparently it cost $187 and I didn't find out about it until a collection agency started contacting me. So nobody ever let me know that I owed any money on something that I didn't authorize in the first place and then it was placed for collection where it would damage my credit. I reached out to the agency via email twice asking for some resolve with no response.
