- LHlouis HarperDec 6, 20241.01 star only because 0 is not an option. Allstate hired a company to dispute a company they originally hired to deny a claim. Supervisors do not return calls. Pending case now with the state regulatory agency. Steer clear of allstate. Worst insurance experience I’ve ever had! As for this agency…we were enrolled in a policy we didn’t want or ask for, and our deductible was $1500 higher than we asked for. My fault for not checking yes, but deceptive company here. Switching all insurance to a new company this month
