She wouldn’t let me ask my questions without rudely interrupting and answering what she wanted to answer. That was so annoying, but the main thing is when she told me my account is fine and said goodbye and immediately hung up the phone. In response to your reply: why was she so rude? I didn't disturb her day, she disturb mines, so I felt like it was a good time to ask questions about my account, which I did not get any satisfaction.
