  Jacob I cannot say enough positive about You and the office team especially Larry Gonzalez . I entered the office right after I had a back up accident in my church parking lot this morning . I had gotten the needed information and some pictures of the car that I hit and my car before I headed for your office.. Of course I was very stressed . Larry was kind, patient, and professional to me an old lady. He asked the right questions and explained everything fully and so that I could easily understand. He went over board in helping me. I gave him the names of a couple of repair companies that I found on line in Byron Center, which is close to where I live. He called the one that repaired car damage and explained to them what needed to be fixed for me. Then helped set up an appointment.. He also gave me more insurance information, I am so thankful that I went to your Allstate where I have done business for many years. I went in crying and left smiling. Larry also had many Positive comments about you and how much he appreciated working for you. God has blessed me so much, that I am your customer. Harriet

  I was experiencing "internet issues" with my access to the Allstate website. I called the office. The person who answered the call worked with me for a good bit of time until my issue was resolved.
