  They are fraudsters. I'd give zero stars if I could. The lady that answered the phone was yelling at me & then asks me why I am yelling at her. I said I wasn't yelling because I was literally talking. She asked if I was smoking crack because I wasn't falling for her gaslighting & out right lying. All I wanted was the services I paid for to be insured by a reputable insurance agency but this is not that place. They will make changes to your policy without your consent then lie about it. I asked why my girlfriend could be on the boat policy but I couldn't be on the auto policies & I was told that would change the price & terms. So, then I asked if I can't legally drive on the roadway & my girlfriend can't legally drive a boat then how would it be any different? I also said I am not on the boat policy or the vehicle policies to which she insisted I was. I had both policies pulled up and I wasn't anywhere on them, she insisted I was. The lady I talked to got flustered again & you could hear Andrew in the back round providing additional unprofessional commentary. Then they hung up again. It's legitimately a circus over there, needless to say I'm moving all of my policies far away from their unprofessional & to be perfectly honest criminal behavior. I work hard for the things that I've got & I don't like when people try to make plays on me.

  This place made a mistake with my policy. I called to ask a question. And they were very standoffish. I was a customer all he had to do. Was tell me or answer my question. It went from that till hearing one of the secretary's problems, the owner or nobody else have reached out, but they don't know they're about to lose a good customer, a good client. I had all my policies on auto pay. They screwed up the auto pay on my automobiles which made me have to start paying larger amounts of front because of this mistake. She admitted to her mistake. But start telling me all these personal problems. And it was screaming on the phone I almost refused to speak with them right now but you would think the owner would have reached out to figure out what's going on. I have yet to do that. I will be calling. Corporate soon
