  helped me save a bunch of money on home owners & car insurance bundle.. car was a little higher but home was muuuuch less for same and better coverage in some cases.

  From start to finish, the customer service experience was top-notch when I unfortunately had to file a claim recently. I have been very impressed since moving all of my auto and homeowners policies over to Kenowa Insurance and Allstate. I would highly recommend them!

  Initially the agent (Chris) appeared to be accommodating, helpful,, and professional. However, just a month and a half after beginning my home, auto, and umbrella policies, I noticed my home policy increased by $30/month. When I called to question why this took place without consulting me, he explained that the replacement cost of my home was estimated to be double what the Zillow market value is. The agency raised my rates "in my interest!" When I called this a deceptive business practice, and reminded him that I am a senior citizen on a fixed income, he began to condescend to me. I am now looking for other insurance. If this is an example of customer service when a claim is not involved, I shudder to hypothesize what it might be if I actually have to file a claim. Avoid these guys. Save your dignity as well as your wallet.
