- SASusan AnnFeb 10, 20262.0We have been with Allstate for many years. We have always felt like the insurance was good, rates were great, and service amazing. Due to an ongoing issue on our bank's end and an oversight during the holidays on my end, we've been dropped. What this shows me is that the algorithm is greater than the person, as exhibited by the audacity of requesting for us to fill out a survey. We will not be recommending Allstate in the future as client/agent relationships are a priority for most of the people who come to us for advise.
