  They gave me a Quote for my Auto and Homeowners My Auto stayed the same but I saved $1200 on my Homeowners for better insurance coverage.

  I switched to Allstate and Amanda was great. She got me set up with a policy that fit my family thank you Bryan Hickman Allstate!

  I wish i would of read all these reviews before i signed up with them. I was only a customer for 2 weeks because the mishandling and false set of goods i was sold. I wanted my citizens policy matched that didnt happen and their roadside department is a joke its a 3rd party company dont let them tell you it isnt becasue no one at Allstate will assist with any of it you have to call motorclub 3rd party waited over 2 weeks for my money to be refunded i had to just eventualy dispute with my bank. As soon as i cancled jacob hickman turned into a smart ass with any request i had. Call Farmers insurance much better monthly rate and the coverages i actually asked for.

  This Agency is Horrible. He will never call or text you back. They were only happy when they got payment, They wouldn't explain policy with you. I'm not sure they have license to sell insurance. Every time you call They say oh he in a meeting, we'll those meeting are not helping him. Maybe Allstate should wake up and see what a terrible representation he is for Allstate. NOTHING BUT TERRIBLE SERVICE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND SOMEONE WHO HAS CUSTOMER SERVICE 👌 👏 👍 🙌 😀 🙄
