  I would not recommend this facility to anyone at any time for insurance when we first started with Fonz Toma. Everything was great. We had no problems. They took care of us very well and then all of a sudden in May they took damn near a double payment out of my account for my insurance I called them wondering why, they told me that I hadn’t turned in a header letter from my husband’s human resource company stating that we had insurance to their company but in my records that’s a lie. I turned that paperwork in on. May 15th they did not do their job and put my paperwork into my account until after May 29, when the funds came out of my account and I noticed that I was charged almost double for my insurance. I called them and the guy who picked up the phone kind of chuckled when I told him what had happened and he was like he yeah it wasn’t put in right so you didn’t get your discount so then they put it in after the fact and are now refusing to give me back my $274 that they took extra out of my account stating that I didn’t turn in the paperwork it was 10 days late. They didn’t have it in time and there’s nothing that they can do but my proof in my Emails State that I sent it on May 15 14 days before my insurance was pulled out of my bank account I’ve called numerous times week after week. Explain my situation to everybody in this facility. They always say let us look into it. We’re gonna call you back another week goes by. I still haven’t got a phone call so I called him back and it’s the same thing over and over and over this is going on almost 2 months now tomorrow July 29 will be two months since you took too much money out of my account and Allstate have not fixed it now they’re saying that we were behind on payments and so we had to make a double payment because when they pulled the money the previous month in April that it was insignificant funds so it was a double payment because we didn’t pay our April one but when I go back to my bank statements, it shows in April where Allstate took money out of my account it shows in March where Allstate took the money out of my account it shows in February where Allstate took the money out of my account. It shows in January where Allstate took the money out of my account monthly for my insurance and I could go back further all the way up until when we signed up for insurance we’ve never missed a payment. It’s never been in significant funds. I have the proof on my bank statement and I have all my proof on my emails and my husband‘s company. Their HR lady has the proof in her emails where she sent it off to Allstate on may 15 so I have all the evidence that proves I did what I was supposed to do in the time I was supposed to do it and now they wanna act all high and mighty and keep saying it’s our fault and I’m here to tell you keep your receipts so you have proof of their lies.
