  I called the number today and it sent me to a call center, not happy about that. Making getting a new vehicle insurance a long drawn out process and not as efficient and not as personal.

  Sunroof broke driving on the highway on Sept 9th. Took into dealership they told me to Champion Chrysler. We are at Oct 22 and my vehicle is still sitting at the dealership waiting to be fixed. All state hasn’t approved the fixes yet it’s been a month and week. Don’t recommend you are not in good hands.

  I spoke to a woman at this location over the phone. She said she would call me back about my case but never got back to me, simple things like this make me not want to return to this location.

  There isn't enough time in the day for me to talk about all of the wonderful things I could say about this AllState Insurance office and the staff. Everyone is so friendly and really goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. My parents and I switched from Farm Bureau, only to discover our previous agent had been ripping all of us off. Not only did I get a more affordable insurance policy, but this also allowed me to get a brand new vehicle a year later and still maintain an affordable policy. Chris Lemon is an outstanding agent; I cannot thank him enough for all that he helped me with regarding my insurance policy and renter's insurance. Cindy is a rockstar! She is always so funny and polite on the phone and in person; she went above and beyond to help me when I was involved in an accident during the nasty winter weather and she puts up with my dad & myself-and that's saying a lot! :) Another thing I love about this office is a lot of times you never meet the owner, but I have met Joseph Dunn numerous times and you can tell how sincere he is when he says he appreciates your business and that is a quality you normally do not find. I would recommend this insurance office to anyone. God Bless you all for everything you have done for my family and myself- I will be a forever client!
