  Ingrid, Mark, and team are true professionals! I know if I refer a client to them, they will be well taken care of. I also use them for my personal insurance and have been more than pleased with their turn around times, policies, and efforts.

  Horrible, horrible service. Sold my husband a worker’s comp policy that didn’t appear to cover his employees, and now when we are trying to reach out for assistance, can’t get anyone to answer a call or email. Would never recommend anyone buy insurance through this company.

  Marlene failed to change our address after being notified multiple times, she inappropriately wrote 2 policies for one coverage building (instead of integrating), and failed to correct the address upon cancellation. Failure to attend to details. Left us exposed. We were able to bind better coverage at a lower price … shop around and look for someone who pays attention to detail.
