  I called and complained about a claim. They put me on hold then gave me target's number. Terrible service very unprofessional.

  I switched AllState reps because my previous rep was very unresponsive, but Ago is worse. I called the office two or three times (during normal business hours) to ask questions about my policy and each time the newly hired receptionist told me that he was not in the office, and when I described my question, she told me what I was asking for was not possible - despite not having the requisite training to make that assertion. I also asked if they could send me a document that outlined flood coverage options for my home and she said it was not possible, she could only read them to me at lightening speed over the phone and then act annoyed that I was confused. I asked that the rep call me back each time, and NEVER got a call back.
