Policy changes were made without proper disclosure, yet I was held responsible for the agent’s mistake. Both the agent and the company in general appear far more concerned with maximizing their profits than with what benefits the client. When issues arise, the agent advises handling them yourself instead of filing a claim—making the value of having coverage highly questionable. The claims process is even worse, marked by delays, poor communication, and clear efforts to avoid paying when it matters most. You only realize how inadequate their service is when you truly need support. Based on my experience, I would never recommend this company.
