  I want to complain about my renters insurance my Injector last name is Stephen’s he is unprofessional he no help he tells me I should pay them if I ain’t paying rent and I pay my renters Insurance it should be covered I don’t owe you nothing you owe me , They not gone cover my Furniture that was damaged in the fire , he says what is left than I can buy Furniture which will be nothing this is the Worst Insurance company I know do not get any Insurance from them . I also feel that I am being scammed no one should have to pay them there rent money every month.

  The 6in of water in my basement was dealt with very efficiently. All State brought in fans and dehumidifiers which ran 24/7 for 5 days. There were clothing cleaners, photo conservators, & Furniture legs were wiped down with a mold remedy. Allstate went above and beyond to make sure that the flood mediation was done correctly.
