Brett has never been able to put together a quality staff and as a small business owner myself I know that can be rough. I recently was questioning my polices and price called for Brett and he would not take my calls or return them I was directed to an supposedly agent named Sarah. What a hack she can't even type she has no business being in any professional positions. After reviewing my auto policies I decided to go else where and they sent cancellation notice to her. She also cancelled my homeowners so as I type this I have no homeowners insurance that I never cancelled. Go elsewhere I would never deal with Brett again and if I ever dealt with Allstate again I wouldn't call Grisswold THEY SUCK!!!!!!!
