I rolled in without notice on a Friday at 4 o’clockish, and Kimberly W. was unfazed that I needed to drop and add a vehicle needing a complete policy write up. She got me set up and answered all of my questions. I’m glad I stopped in, and glad this is my new agent.

Was told the last time my policy renewed that I wouldn’t have to come in and do it, I did not but they charged me over double what it should have been, then put the blame on me saying I needed to update my PIP coverage, well if you would have told me I would have. We should have notified you in email or mail, told them I received nothing, checks email, they entered the wrong one. Nice enough people that work there but the company is hot garbage. Do everything you can to go elsewhere.
