- CSChristine SimpsonSep 15, 20255.0I’ve been with this office for over 10 years. I don’t know what has changed there but I cannot get anyone on the phone or to respond to emails. I get the Allstate “call center” every time. They’re pretty much useless. Been trying to fix something simple since August. I will be finding another option for my next renewal. *****Updated review ****** Ryan reached out to me the same day I left the review above and helped me figure out a solution and gave me his personal number so I can get ahold them right away in the figured so I have adjusted my review to reflect that.
- TKTroy KosalNov 28, 20231.0Very limited response. Many missing pieces during a claim after many years as a client. When I picked up my vehicle my license plate was missing. It is difficult to get a hold of this office. I was often contacted by the third-party claims administrator and my agent offered zero assistance and only referred me back to the claim department. Very frustrating.

I switched the VIN of my vehicle, and the timeline, and he adjusted everything for me, calling me when needed, emailing when needed. He never spoke to me rudely- everything was polite. The care was so good, I felt that he only worked for me. Best insurance experience I've ever had or heard of.
