    They continually add PIP coverage to your plan when you aren't looking. Then you have to jump through hoops to get it removed. Then two months later, it's magically back again. And then there's the agent commission fees . . . . . .F-. Would not recommend.

    When I called there, I was reminded how great talking to person was....they actually answer their phones (quickly) and take care of your needs (quickly).

    They are near impossible to get a hold of. Even during business hours. RESPONSE: You literally responded within minutes to a negative review but can’t respond to 10 phone calls during business hours. How embarrassing.
