- DNDouglas NormanNov 9, 20251.0Switched to Allstate a few years back. Sat down with Marcus to work out all the details. Had to provide proof of health insurance coverage via insurance card and a letter from my provider, which was all fine. After a year they needed a letter, even though I told them nothing has changed. I said we can do a 3 way call to get them what they needed. After being on hold for a few minutes someone from the Steve Craft agency said they could not wait on hold and that I needed to get them the letter and take it to their office. Apparently the letter that I dropped off was not the correct letter so they added health coverage to my policy without notifying me. Cost me hundreds of dollars before I realized what they had done.
