- MAMarie AllenMar 17, 20232.0Very disappointed when I am told my price is one and when it comes time for payment they take double the amount then when you call your told it has to do with the renewal that is happening next month. I don't see how I am told one amount then not even 2 weeks later another amount is calculated and then you are told nothing else they can do. Did you all run out of excuses to tell me? Keep an eye on your policies because they obviously change with whatever excuse they come to mind.
- MMMichael MartelAug 9, 20212.0Rates almost doubled after a small water leak claim. Upon inquiring about the change, and asking for validation, the rationale they gave was completely made up. The inflated rates had no correlation to any actual metric. Increased lumber prices, that was not reflected in the home replacement value, and some made up "discount" I was "receiving" that was never listed anywhere that was no longer offered was part of the excuses. #MadeUpMath #YouCanDoBetter
