- YNYen NguyenMar 19, 20245.0I normally don't like to write reviews but I did get excellent service from Aaron. I was shopping around for Home Owners insurance and my old insurer dropped us because they were pulling out of the Michigan market. I contacted several insurance companies and got various quotes that I thought were unbelievable. One as high as 9K a year but Andrew got me Home insurance bundled with auto for 1800 a year which was a huge difference. He does respond back to you promptly and answers any questions you have. I can' t really speak on any claim pay out or if the process is smooth and hassle free. But I did get a good rate, if I ever need to file a claim I'll update how it goes. However I won't have to any time soon. But overall the rate was great and the coverage is great as well. I've had State Farm, Progressive, Liberty and I like Allstate the most so far.
- RWRebecca WildJul 13, 20221.0I filed a claim for damage due to a leaky roof in April. I am still waiting for approval to get the inside of my porch fixed and it is mid July. Response time is very slow! The people in the Byron Center office are very nice. It’s once you have a claim and are working with Allstate employees in other departments that the problem occurs.
