- MDMonica DimboOct 7, 20252.0I was a little disappointed when I signed up with Allstate. The agent Brandon wasn't upfront about everything. Basically you can only chat with people on the mobile app. If you need to update the policy. Auto was definitely not cheaper for me I should've have stayed with progressive, in which I going back after this 6 months is up.
