I owned home with a former spouse In which homeowner’s insurance was not within my scope whatsoever I did not ever have the policy in my name nor did I understand that whole process. I contacted Allstate to find out a comparative pricing plan for my first home on my own. What I actually learned from the call with Kim was not just a response within a numerical form, but they really ease my stress more than she could ever know! I also Feel that she gave me a boost to understand how the insurance coverage, Escrow, pricing, tax balance, damage coverage, and the list goes on. I feel so much more confident about the plan that I was able to pick up from Allstate that I could’ve ever imagined because I was truly frightened at what I was getting myself into lol. I did not think that I was going to actually match up with a plan that fit into my budget, however, Kim listened to me completely and asked clarifying questions first and foremost. Kim was great and answering my questions and Offered every little bit of knowledge that she was able to share with me that day. I’m really excited to be a part of the Allstate family!
