  I recently switched to John G. Parr’s Allstate agency in Allen Park after a frustrating experience with my previous agent, who was impossible to reach and seemed to close without any notice. To make matters worse, when I used Allstate’s online chat to cancel just one auto policy (for a truck I no longer needed), they accidentally canceled all my policies. I received no proper notification—only confirmation that the one vehicle was removed. The online support was unhelpful and refused to reinstate or backdate anything. Thankfully, I reached out to John Parr’s team, and Josh and John stepped in immediately. They expedited the issue, found a solution to fix the mistake, and got everything reinstated properly. Their responsiveness, knowledge, and genuine care made all the difference—I can’t thank them enough! If you’re looking for an agent who actually listens and goes above and beyond, I highly recommend Josh at John G. Parr’s agency. Switching here was the best decision I’ve made for my insurance needs.

  All state roadside stinks. Been waiting since 730pm it's 11pm now. My fiancée submitted a claim just found out company all state sent hrs ago can't come. So now get to wait to see if new company shows in another hr or so according 2 app. Can't talk 2 a person, only automated phone that hangs up whenever it says it will transfer you to a person. I'll be getting quotes monday. What's the point of paying for service that takes hrs and hrs. To only be told they ain't coming. They sure take the $ fast tho. Horrible service

  A super agency! They always treat you like you are the most important thing they are doing. All your questions are carefully answered and if alternatives are available they are explained. Can not imagine a better agency.

  The people who work here are great and have to follow the rules their told. $1290 every six months for 2017 sports car I just got after being a customer for more than 16 years and with multiple vehicles and house bundle. State Farm and progressive didn’t go past $900 for 6 months. Never cancelled a service so quickly before in my life. Never been ripped off so badly before either
