  Highly recommend this agency for customer service and support. Have spoken to two agents, Sarah and Christinna on multiple occasions and their support and knowledge of the best plans, offers and money saving strategies is excellent. Each time I called, my entire chart information, calls, requests are all available and used to help solve issues immediately. Prices are competitive and I feel reflective of excellence over other agencies offering lower rates but with obvious deficiencies to their policies. There are lots of incentives available for saving through Drivewise safe driving app, no claims for a year discounts that really add up.

  Worked with Olivia Crowley at the All State/Ficker Insurance Group in Falmouth, Maine over the phone on few inquiries/changes I needed to make on my auto policy and she rocked! Her comprehension and communication were solid. She was very efficient with everything I inquired about and asked her to do. She seems very patient and caring!

  There's always a part of me that thinks, "Why do I need a third party involved with my insurance policy? This is straightforward stuff." Then something happens out of left field, I call them, everything gets straightened out, and I remember why I go through Ficker. Just so much easier than dealing with insurance company call centers.
