  She was so helpful. I retired and needed insurance, and I was all over the place, a friend Of mine who she helped get insurance prior, gave me her number and she made the process so much easier she took off so much stress and she knew the insurance world so well I couldn’t be more happier with her service. I have reached out a few times she’s always gets back to me with the information I need. It’s been a pleasure and I would recommend her to my family, friends and coworkers for sure

  Heidi Libby and the Libby agency came highly recommended to me by another upstanding insurance agent. That’s always a great way to start. In a tremendous sense of confidence to move forward I was assured I would be taken care of masterfully and wonderfully and with every detail covered. Within an hour of my inquiry, I had heard back from Heidi Libby, and a zoom meeting had been established for the next morning! Heidi was efficient, effective, and completely knowledgeable on absolutely everything and more that I needed to tend to concerning a Medicare insurance change. Absolutely everything was able to be done in person via zoom and online, making the entire exchange, easy, thorough, and quickly taken care of. I was incredibly impressed with Heidi’s efficiency and ability to remember all the stats and facts that I had told her but once. I couldn’t recommend the Libby agency and Heidi anymore than to give a 5+ star rating on absolutely every piece of my experience in getting my Medicare insurance changed. Kudos to a company and a person who takes time to really care in a day where you are easily left on hold for a half hour if indeed, your call is even ever returned!
