  POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I had auto and renter's insurance policies with them and had to cancel those policies as I got a better deal elsewhere. I cancelled my insurance... and since them my customer experience with this particular office has been extremely poor. I would highly advise against getting a policy through this particular office due to the unresponsiveness. To be specific, this office doesn't respond to my emails and requests for a pro-rated refund (for the starting date that I cancelled my policies up until the end date period in which I pre-paid for) and they have continued to charge my bank account. Furthermore, I have spoken with someone at this location who said they'd take care of this. I have also spoken with 2 national customer service reps. I shouldn't have to hold people's hands to get them to do something as simple as issue a refund for a policy cancelled over 45 days ago! No resolution, no communication, no responsiveness = poor customer service. As a business professional in marketing, sales, and strategy, seeing this level of customer service makes me cringe inside! It's symptomatic of poor management and leadership, unfortunately. The point in which a customer cancels a policy is when you should deliver the 110% top notch customer service (putting your best reps on the account) to show them your very best so they'll be more likely to come back as returning customers or even prevent churn (losing business)! We'll see how long it take for them to address this and I might have to take legal action.
