I said yes and waited, but I received no confirmation or binder so that I could cancel my existing insurance. After two days, I called to find he had left on vacation. I spoke to his assistant, who said there was some issue with my auto policy that she was unable to explain or address. I asked that Jose call first thing Monday upon his return; he did not. I wrote him and called him and left a message; no reply. I will take my business elsewhere because my experience with this agent was unacceptable. On top of that he stole $750 from me which was never returned.
