  All this years I was with All-State nothing seems to change. But my premium keeps going up no matter how much I tried to save. I even added my home to my insurance. Now they saying it's the state of Maryland that's keep increasing the premium.

  BE AWARE OF THIS LOCATION This office employeeS name Natalie Burke and Deramula are very nasty and unprofessional. she charged my account for auto and renters insurance but I got the better rate at Erie insurance and difference is over $30 a month so I asked her pls cancel my insurance with Allstate. She said since I send the charge already it will changed and reverse the same day. My account got charged the auto and renters on 7th when I clearly told her start with 8th there is no reverse charge what so ever. I called in today and she was nasty and unprofessional and told me I am waisting her time when I was simply inquiring of being charged and never got the money back. I asked her I would like to talk to your boss which is Mike Marsy but she refused to transfer me to her also dint give me any info when he usually available. I want everyone to be aware of this location and make sure please don’t give out your financial info to agents like Natalie Burke who cane go ahead and put charge on your account without your permission like it’s her account. Be aware of this location. There are other insurance companies out there like Earie insurance who can give you less deductible rates than Allstate and your monthly bill can be as low as $30 less than Allstate. BE AWARE OF THIS LOCATION.

  Mike Masri is my agent for my car, house, and life insurance. He always looks out for the best interest of his customer. I also want to give credit to his staff Vernae, once I was stuck in the snow, she came out and picked me up in the highway and gave me a ride to my destination. Their service is just superb. Above and beyond my expectation.
