  Received outstanding customer service from Natasha Schlosser. She was able to identify areas of concern and we addressed them to my satisfaction. She is an excellent agent, very knowledgeable and incredibly nice.

  I've been an Allstate member for almost 10 years, and they do not represent their members well in auto accident claims. They do not consider all of the relevant evidence and information presented in the defense of their members in auto accident claims. They raise members' premiums during policy renewal without explanation, and they count previous not-at-fault accidents auto accidents against you.

With Zachary's guidance, I feel confident that I have the right coverage to protect my home, car, and family. If Allstate isn't able to beat your current rate, I would still consider giving this agency your business. I have experienced very negative experiences with other insurance companies and I'd rather pay a little more for piece of mind.
