I had 6 policies with her agency and when I told them I was going to go to another company for my primary home and auto they informed me that the other 4 policies would have to be cancelled because Allstate does not permit this…which is false because Allstate allows this and leaves it up to the owner of the agency to decide. Well I tried to get it transferred to another agency but Glenda called that agency to complain, causing the other agency to not move forward with the transfer. I submitted a complaint to Allstate about Glenda and was finally able to transfer to another Allstate agency.
