I’m a more applicable solution Guy now that we know what’s broken. How can we fix it and that day came when I was on the phone discussing a situation concerning insurance. The operator or agent on the other end was so understanding so patient so caring about the very thing that I needed it’s hard not having all the answers however, when you come across someone that has the parts you need and is willing to listen and communicate with you to change the outcome to make the situation better. That’s the person. Rosanna Mendoza is that person thank you for being a living attribute of the core values of State Farm. I really appreciate you and your knowledge your patience and your understanding. No more calling for Jake. I’m calling for Rosanna.
