  Bre gave me a fantastic recommendation for glass repair today. I was on 495 north and got a MONSTER rock chip from a concrete truck at approximately 12:20pm. At 12:45pm i had MSP on the should with me writing a report. 1:00pm i called state farm, gave the low down on the situation. Its now 1:17pm for me writing this review and im currently on the schedule to get a new windshield today by end of business. If i could give more stars i would.

  We recently had the pleasure of working with Bre at State Farm, and we truly couldn’t be happier with the experience. Bre was incredibly helpful and thorough while guiding my husband and me through coverage options for our newly purchased car, as well as reviewing our homeowners insurance policy. She took the time to carefully walk through every detail of both policies, making sure we understood our coverage and felt confident in our decisions. After feeling less than supported by our previous insurance company, it was such a relief to work with someone who genuinely cared about finding us the best policy and premium possible. Bre was patient, knowledgeable, and extremely responsive throughout the entire process. We are so grateful for her expertise and highly recommend State Farm — and especially Bre — to anyone looking for an insurance agent who truly goes above and beyond.

  Bre Listmann is the kind of insurance agent everyone deserves but rarely finds. When I came to her for a new homeowners policy, she didn't just write a quote — she took one look at my existing coverage and immediately knew something was off. Turns out I had been significantly overinsured for years without realizing it, and it was costing me dearly. Bre set me up with the right coverage through State Farm and saved me thousands. She was an incredible liaison between me and State Farm, breaking down all the insurance jargon into plain English so I actually understood what I was paying for and why. But what really sets her apart is that she didn't stop there. She went out of her way to help me understand the full picture and took time out of her own schedule to help me work through the issue. That's not something you expect from an insurance agent, but that's just who she is. If you're in Maryland (especially Baltimore) and need someone who will actually look out for you, not just sell you a policy, call Bre. I can't recommend her enough.

  I’m so happy to be covered and protected through State Farm. I was totally impressed by the courteous customer service. Bre was very professional, highly informative and extremely helpful.
